mamamiac empties programme
Don't bin it.
Send us a photo
of your empty.
You finished the bottle — that means it worked. Send us a picture of your empty mamamiac on WhatsApp and we'll unlock Buy 1 Get 1 Free on your next order — buy any product, get the same one free. No courier, no forms, no shipping anything back. One photo, one message, done.
How it works
Three steps. Under a minute.
Finish the bottle
Use it to the last drop — every formula is made to be used up, not left half-full on a shelf.
WhatsApp the photo
Message 97470 77990 with a clear picture of your empty pack. Add your order ID if you have it handy.
Get your BOGO code
We reply with a personal Buy 1 Get 1 Free code. Use it on your next order — the second unit ships free.
Recycle the empty at home. Rinse it, dry it, and drop it in your dry-waste bin so it actually reaches a recycler.
What you unlock
One empty.
Buy 1 Get 1 Free.
Your empty turns into a personal BOGO code. Buy any mamamiac product on your next order and the second unit of the same product comes free — the full-size one, not a sachet.

Applies to single products. Combos and kits are already discounted, so the code doesn't run on those.

Clean planet · Happy you
Why we ask for the empty.
Nothing gets shipped back
Sending empty plastic across the country burns fuel for very little gain. A photo does the same job with none of the cost.
It goes to the right bin
Most packs are recyclable but end up in wet waste. We tell you exactly how to rinse and sort yours so it reaches a recycler.
Finishing beats stockpiling
The greenest bottle is the one you actually use up. Rewarding empties is our way of saying: buy less, finish more.
Questions
Before you message us.
Do I have to courier the bottle to you?
No. Only a photo. Keep the empty and recycle it at home — rinse it, dry it, and put it in your dry-waste bin.
Which empties count?
Any mamamiac pack you've finished — face wash, sunscreen, hair oil, moisturizer, lip balm. It should be visibly empty and the label readable in the photo.
How does the Buy 1 Get 1 Free work?
You get a personal code. Add two of the same product to your cart, apply the code, and one of them comes off the bill. The free unit is the same full-size product — not a sample.
How many codes can I claim?
One code per empty, and one code per order. Send three empties, get three codes — each used on its own order.
Do I need my order ID?
It helps us find you faster, but it isn't compulsory. The phone number you ordered with is enough.
How long does it take?
We reply on WhatsApp within working hours, usually the same day. Your code stays valid for 30 days.
Can I use it with another offer?
The BOGO code works on single products and doesn't stack with other discount codes on the same order. Combo packs and kits are already priced down, so the code doesn't apply there.
