Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
To initiate a return, please email us at support@mamamiac.com with your order number and reason for return.
Please note that certain items, including personal care products, cosmetics, and opened or used items, are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since the refund approval, please contact us at support@mamamiac.com.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not yet been shipped.
If an order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but it may be returned after delivery in accordance with our return policy.
For prepaid orders cancelled after shipment, a ₹50 cancellation and handling fee will be deducted from the refundable amount.
